PAYMENT OPTIONS
We only accept bank transfer and require a 50% non-refundable deposit on the date of booking to secure your order. Full payment is required five days prior to the agreed upon collection/delivery date. Without the deposit an order cannot go ahead.
COLLECTION/DELIVERY
All deliveries are made via Uber so if you provide a full postcode in your enquiry form, we will get back to you with the quoted delivery fee. If an order is scheduled for delivery and it is a gift, please inform the recipient to be available at the agreed upon time. Alternatively, you may collect from us in Essex (IG1). Full collection address will be sent once deposit has been paid.
CANCELLATION
In exceptional circumstances where cancelling your cake is out of our control, your deposit can be carried over and offset against a future order. Customers are required to give at least 2 days’ notice prior to cancellations. Any allergens must be stated whilst ordering. We do not cater towards allergens as all work is handled in a kitchen where allergens are present.
