PAYMENT OPTIONS

To secure your order, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than five days before your agreed collection or delivery date.

All payments are accepted via bank transfer only. Please note that we are unable to proceed with any orders until the deposit has been received.

COLLECTION/DELIVERY

All deliveries are arranged via Uber. Please provide a full postcode when completing your enquiry form so we can provide a delivery quote. If your order is a gift, kindly ensure the recipient is available at the agreed time of delivery.

Alternatively, you may collect your order from our location in Essex (IG1) or Buckinghamshire. Full collection details will be shared once the deposit has been received.

CANCELLATION

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances, your deposit may be transferred to a future booking.

If you need to cancel your order, we kindly ask for a minimum of 2 days’ notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a deposit transfer.

Please note: We do not cater for specific allergens, and all bakes are prepared in a kitchen where allergens are present. Any dietary requirements or allergies must be clearly stated when placing your order.
