Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order, and full payment must be made 5 days before the collection/delivery date.

As a small business dedicated to bespoke creations, we recommend a minimum of a weeks’ notice but may be able to fit you in sooner (so don’t hesitate to send us a message!). Please note, next day orders incur a late fee of £5.

So long as you cancel 48 hours before collection/delivery date you are eligible for a 50% refund.

Yes, please message us when you are 5 minutes away and the cakes will be placed on a table in my porch.

Please hold the cakes from their base, not the sides, and try to refrain from “hugging” the box. We advise to travel with the cakes in a car and for them to be placed in the footwell of the car (not the seat) with the heating turned off.

Please be aware that our cakes may contain (traces of) nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs so are not suitable for those with allergies. We can, however, cater towards dietary preferences e.g. all cakes can be made egg-free.

They are best kept at room temperature, away from direct heat and sunlight.

All of our cakes last up to 4 days at room temperature.

All cakes are baked and piped the day of collection or the night before for optimum freshness.
