Please note: multiple flavours are available for orders over 12. For smaller sets, such as the 7 Bouqcake, please choose one flavour.

Yes, you’re welcome to choose any colour palette or design from our gallery here, or simply share a theme or inspiration and i’ll take care of the rest – ensuring your cupcakes are beautifully tailored to you vision.

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance must be paid at least 5 days before your collection or delivery date.

As a small business specialising in bespoke creations, I recommend giving at least one weeks’ notice for orders. That said, i’ll always do my best to accommodate shorter timeframes – so feel free to get in touch and ask.

Please note: next-day orders (if available) will insure a £5 late fee.

If you need to cancel your order you’ll be eligible for a 50% refund of your total payment as long as cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled collection or delivery date. Cancellations made after this window are non-refundable due to preparation already underway.

All deliveries are made via Uber, so if you provide us with a full postcode within your enquiry form, we can quote you the delivery fee. Alternatively, you may collect from us in Essex or Buckinghamshire.

Yes, if you have requested non-contact delivery please send a message when you are approximately 5 minutes away, and your cakes will be placed on a table in the porch ready for collection.

Please hold the cakes from the base, not the sides, and avoid pressing or “hugging” the box. When travelling by car, place the box flat in the footwell, not on a set, and ensure the car heating is turned off to help preserve the buttercream detail (air conditioning is recommended to be on in summer months).

Please note that while we take care in preparation, our cakes may contain traces of nuts, gluten, dairy, and eggs, and are therefore not suitable for those with severe allergies.

However, we’re happy to accommodate certain dietary preferences – for example vegan and egg-free alternatives are available upon request. Just let us know your requirements when enquiring.

They are best stored at room temperature, away from direct heat and sunlight.

However, in warmer weather (over 26oC), we recommend placing them in the fridge to help maintain their structure. Just be sure to bring them back to room temperature before serving for the best taste and texture.

All of our cakes last up to 4 days at room temperature.

All cakes are baked and piped the day of collection or the night before for optimum freshness.
