Transportation
Our floral cakes and cupcake bouquets are carefully crafted and delicate, so safe handling is key:
– Always carry the box from the base using both hands — never lift from the sides or lid.
– If possible, have someone hold the bouqcake/box steady while travelling to reduce movement.
– During transport, the bouqcake/box must remain level:
– The boot or footwell of the car is ideal if someone is not able to hold.
– Avoid placing on car seats, which are uneven and can cause movement or tipping.
– In warm weather, keep your vehicle’s air conditioning on to stop petals from wilting.
Storage
Proper storage is essential for maintaining the quality of your cupcakes and cakes:
– Cupcakes should be kept at room temperature and can be stored in the box overnight. They will last up to 3 days.
– Avoid refrigeration, as it can affect texture and flavour.
– Cakes are best kept refrigerated and removed 1–2 hours before serving to allow them to soften to room temperature.
– Keep all cakes out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources.
